SWOTT warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for the warranty period listed on each product's detail page. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase from an authorised seller.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, unauthorised modifications, water damage beyond the product's rated IP level, or normal wear and tear of consumable parts such as ear tips.
To make a claim, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Replacement or repair is offered at SWOTT's discretion in line with the policy in force at the time of claim.
